To Access the Courses:
You can access the rn.com web site through any computer with internet capability. Simply log-on to www.rn.com and establish your account by clicking on Join now.
For your first visit you will need to know two numbers. They include our Vericare Group ID and a User ID that is assigned specifically to you. If you do not have this information, please contact Saundra Sinn at ssinn@vericare.com or 800.257.8715 ex1149.
Please note: You will need both of these numbers when you register. After your initial visit, the system recognizes you as a Vericare participant through the Username and Password you set up when you register and establish your complimentary account.
Detailed, step-by-step instructions are available on the Provider Web for your reference. We suggest you print them out and maintain for future reference.
